Shipping and Payment Terms

The following conditions apply:

All orders are subject to the terms and conditions listed here. By placing an order, the customer accepts the delivery and payment terms. Orders will be delivered as soon as possible. Transportation is carried out by Deutsche Post and is the responsibility of the customer. Claims for compensation for lost or damaged shipments cannot be made. Freight collect returns will not be accepted.

Delivery is available domestically (Germany) and worldwide.

Shipping Costs (plus statutory value-added tax)

Germany: We charge a flat rate shipping fee of €5.99 per order. Free shipping is available for orders over €200 (net).

EU Member States: Please note that you will be asked for your preferred shipping method just before completion and must click on the respective recipient country! We charge a flat rate shipping fee to EU countries as follows: €11.99 (Price variations for shipping due to package weight reserved). Free shipping is available for orders over €300 (net).

Switzerland: Please note that you will be asked for your preferred shipping method just before completion and must click on CH for Switzerland! We charge a flat rate shipping fee to Switzerland as follows: €14.49 (Price variations for shipping due to package weight reserved). Free shipping is available for orders over €300 (net).

International: Please note that you will be asked for your preferred shipping method just before completion and must click on the respective recipient country! We charge a flat rate shipping fee for international deliveries as follows: €39.90 (Price variations for shipping due to package weight reserved).

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will be within 3 – 5 days, for international deliveries within 5 - 14 days (depending on the recipient country) after conclusion of the contract (for prepayment agreed after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries will be made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have made different agreements with you.

In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Accepted Payment Methods

Price changes reserved. The prices listed are plus the applicable statutory VAT of the buyer. The VAT will be automatically added to the total amount before checkout and must be paid by the customer. For orders under EUR 10.00, a small quantity surcharge of EUR 5.00 will be applied.

Bank transfer in advance:

If you choose the payment method bank transfer in advance, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment. The order number from the invoice sent to you by email is to be used as the purpose of use.

PayPal Plus:

As part of the PayPal Plus payment service, we offer you various payment methods as PayPal services. You will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment details, confirm the use of your data by PayPal, and instruct PayPal to make the payment.

If you have chosen the PayPal payment method, you must be registered there or register first and authenticate yourself with your access data in order to be able to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.

Credit card via PayPal:

If you have chosen the credit card payment method, you do not need to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction and after your legitimate identification as the rightful cardholder by your credit card company at the request of PayPal and your card will be charged. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.
